Shipping & Delivery Policy

We pack home & living goods, gifts, and music media carefully and ship to addresses in Hong Kong. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart subtotal.
Standard shipping fees
Flat rate: HK$50 per order for Hong Kong delivery.
Free shipping: No delivery charge when your product subtotal (before shipping) is HK$500 or more.
What you pay at checkout: Product subtotal + shipping (if applicable) in one Stripe payment. The shipping line is shown before you confirm payment.
Cart subtotal HK$320 → shipping HK$50 → you pay HK$370.
Cart subtotal HK$500 or above → shipping HK$0.
How checkout delivery works
- Add items to your cart and enter your email and phone on the cart page.
- Pay via Stripe Checkout — you will be asked for a Hong Kong shipping address.
- After payment, we process your order and prepare shipment.
- Order confirmation and updates are sent to the email you provide.
Guest checkout is available; you do not need an account to place an order.
Contact and address details
You are responsible for providing a correct email, mobile phone number, and shipping address at checkout. We use these details to confirm your order, contact you about delivery, and dispatch to the address you enter on Stripe.
If any of this information is wrong or incomplete, delivery may be delayed, fail, or need to be reattempted at extra cost. Calamansi is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect contact or address details supplied by you.
Delivery area & schedule
We deliver to addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories where our courier partners operate standard door-to-door service.
- Processing: typically 1–2 business days after payment clears (excluding public holidays and weather suspensions).
- Transit: typically 2–4 additional business days after dispatch, depending on area and courier capacity.
- Delivery window: generally Monday–Saturday daytime; we do not guarantee a specific hour unless we contact you with a scheduled slot.
We do not offer in-store pickup at this time unless we announce it separately on the website.
Delivery outside Hong Kong
Our online checkout is set up for Hong Kong addresses only. We do not offer automatic shipping quotes or checkout for destinations outside Hong Kong.
If you would like delivery elsewhere, email [email protected] with your full delivery address, the items you want, and quantities. We will reply with a separate shipping quote and instructions for how to pay before we dispatch.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country — these are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Packaging
Home & living: homeware and textiles are packed to reduce damage in transit; fragile items may need extra handling — see product pages for care notes after delivery.
Vinyl & CDs: shipped with protective packaging to limit corner damage; inspect on delivery and report damage within 48 hours.
Gifts & ceramics: bubble wrap and rigid outer cartons where needed.
Surcharges & special addresses
Our automated checkout uses a single flat rate (or free over the threshold). If your address requires ferry access, restricted estate rules, stair-only access with heavy orders, or other non-standard delivery, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm an adjusted fee or alternative arrangement.
Remote or outlying areas
Some outlying islands and remote zones may not be eligible for standard delivery. Email [email protected] before ordering if you are unsure.
Unsuccessful delivery
If delivery fails because no one is available, access is refused, or the address or phone number you provided is incorrect, we may charge a redelivery fee. Items may be held for a limited time; continued storage fees can apply after notice. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect details you supplied.
Adverse weather
Deliveries may be suspended when the Hong Kong Observatory issues Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning. We will reschedule as soon as it is safe to do so.

To update your address before dispatch, or for delivery quotes on large or unusual orders, email [email protected] with your order reference. We aim to reply within two business days (Hong Kong time).
