1. General
What is Calamansi?
Calamansi is an online shop operated by Black Honey Limited, selling curated physical goods — home & living, vinyl & CDs, mugs, and small gifts — from one brand catalogue. Calamansi is operated in Hong Kong by Black Honey Limited. We are a single-brand retail shop, not a marketplace or auction service.
Where do you deliver?
We ship to Hong Kong addresses (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories) unless a product page says otherwise. Checkout is for Hong Kong delivery only.
Can you deliver outside Hong Kong?
Not through standard checkout. Email [email protected] with your delivery address and the items you want — we will quote shipping separately and confirm next steps before dispatch.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout is fine — add to cart, enter your email, and pay with Stripe. We may add customer accounts later.
2. Products
What do you sell?
Home & living pieces, music on vinyl or CD, and gift products such as ceramics. Browse the shop or browse by collection.
Are items always in stock?
We show stock on each product where applicable. If something sells out while you are checking out, we will contact you or refund the affected items.
How should I care for homeware after delivery?
Follow any care notes on the product page. Wash textiles before first use if the listing recommends it.
3. Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, enter your email, then pay via Stripe Checkout. You will enter your shipping address on Stripe's secure page.
Which cards do you accept?
Stripe supports major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others shown at checkout).
When am I charged?
Your card is charged when you complete Stripe Checkout. You receive confirmation once payment succeeds.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order reference. If we have not packed the order yet, we will try to help. We cannot guarantee changes after payment.
4. Shipping & delivery
How much is delivery?
HK$50 flat per order, or free when your product subtotal is HK$500 or more. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–2 business days to process after payment, then 2–4 business days in transit. Public holidays and severe weather can delay dispatch.
Do you deliver to Discovery Bay or outlying islands?
Some addresses need a manual quote. Contact [email protected] before ordering if you are on an outlying island or a restricted estate.
Can I pick up my order?
Not at this time — orders are delivered to the address you provide at checkout.
5. Returns & problems
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
We do not offer change-of-mind returns on homeware, opened media, or sealed gift items, except where required by law.
My order arrived damaged or wrong
Email [email protected] within 48 hours with photos and your order reference. We will review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
